Jimmy Pete Blasher Jr. 70 of Oakland, MD  died Friday December 28, 2012 at the Garrett County Memorial Hospital, Oakland.

Born July 13,1942 in Welch, WV.  He is the son of Frances (McParland Blasher and the Late James Peter Blasher Sr.

James worked as a therapist for the John D Good Recovery Center formerly Shawnee  Hills, Terra Alta, WV and the Western Psychiatric Institute, Pittsburgh, PA.  He also served as Director for Jefferson Hospital, Pittsburgh.  He was a member of the Faith Evangelical Free Church, Oakland
