LINDA LOU "BOTCH" HARMAN

March 15, 1961-April 16, 2013
REST IN PEACE
ANAWALT — Linda Lou “Botch” Harman, 62, of Anawalt went to be with her Lord and
Savior on April 16, 2013. Born March 15, 1951 in Skygusty, W.Va., she was the
daughter of Blane Farmer of Pageton and the late Alma Farmer. She attended Gary
High School,
graduated from Little French Beauty Academy, and was a hairdresser for over
twenty years. She also was a homemaker and attended Church of Jesus Christ in
Skygusty and Voice of Praise Worship Center in Bluewell. Linda was loved and
adored by her entire family and friends. She impacted our lives and was a
blessing to many with a heart of gold.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Melissa Rene
Harman and two sisters, Della Whitley and Patricia “Chink” McClure.
Survivors include her loving husband of 44 years, Franklin Harman, Sr.; son
Frank Harman Jr., of Welch and two wonderful grandchildren who were the love of
her life, Zachary Harman and Marissa Harman of the home, sister Mary Asbury and
husband Jack, of Bluewell; brothers Raymond Farmer and wife Carolyn, of Pageton,
Donald Farmer and wife Joann, of Anawalt; two special nieces, Stephanie and
Candace; and several other loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at
Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Pastor Jason Queen officiating and burial to
follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. on Friday, April 19th,
2013.
