MARGOT RUTH ROG

GARY — Margot Ruth Rog, 85, formerly of Gary, W.Va., died January 20, 2010 in Morgantown at The Golden Living Center where she had lived for six years. She was born May 24, 1924 in Breslau, Germany, daughter of the late Paul and Ruth Schelenz.

She was a 60 year resident of Gary, W.Va., coming to the United States from Germany in 1950 with her husband and small son. She was a homemaker and Catholic by faith.

 She is survived by two sons and spouses, Marion and Maggie Rog of Morgantown and John and Kathi Rog of Horseheads, N.Y.; a daughter, Christine Rog of Morgantown; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Julian Rog, who died September 11, 1989.

 Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 25, 2010 in the Woodlawn Memorial Park, Bluewell, W.Va.
